RUSH is a medium-firm spring mattress, 14 cm high, built on a classic Bonnell spring core and complemented by a coconut mat. Bonnell springs respond to pressure — the greater the load, the more resistance the spring offers. As a result, the support stays even no matter who sleeps on the mattress: a younger child, a teenager or an adult. It's a model for those who like to feel a stable, well-defined base beneath them and value comfortable sleep without that “sinking” feeling. The maximum load of the RUSH mattress is 70 kg per person.
A well-thought-out interior — five layers, each with its own job
The character of the RUSH mattress comes from its construction. Each layer of the core has a specific function, and together they create a structure that supports well and keeps its shape for a long time. The RUSH spring mattress features:
- 3 cm antibacterial foam – the comfort layer, the one you sleep on. It creates a pleasant, even surface finish above the springs.
- Felt layer – separates the foam from the springs and further reinforces the whole construction.
- 8 cm Bonnell springs – the heart of the mattress. Made of 2.2 mm wire, they distribute body weight across the whole surface.
- 0.6 cm coconut mat – stiffens the mattress and holds the springs in place from below, replacing a second layer of felt. The coconut fibre is coated with a layer of latex — a standard process for treating natural fibre that makes the mat suitable for use in mattresses.
- T23 polyurethane foam, 1 cm – the bottom layer that completes the construction.
Worried that a mattress with coconut will be too hard for a child? Not at all. The coconut mat is just 0.6 cm thick and works beneath a layer of foam — it stiffens the construction but doesn't create a hard sleeping surface. That's exactly why RUSH remains a medium-firm mattress, just with more noticeable support than models based solely on foam.

- PURE cover – quilted with 180 g/m² wadding in the Caro pattern. Removable, with a zip fastening. Want to freshen it up? Just machine-wash it at 40°C.
- Natural ventilation – the loose structure of the coconut fibre combined with the open Bonnell spring core lets air circulate freely throughout the mattress.
- Tested materials – the materials used to make the RUSH mattress are OEKO-TEX certified.
Wondering which mattress size to choose? RUSH is available in 18 sizes — from 70x160 to 140x200 cm. Widths of 70, 80 and 90 cm fit standard children's and youth beds, while the 120x200 and 140x200 sizes are designed for Montessori beds and the King youth bed — two people can sleep on them, up to 70 kg each. Planning a bunk bed? At 14 cm high it's a good choice, but check the safety rail height on your model. To help the RUSH mattress wear evenly, rotate it every 2–3 months and air it regularly.

The materials used to make our mattresses, such as polyurethane foams, latex and visco, are highly compressible and elastic, so we reserve the right to dimensional tolerances of +/- 2% for width and length and +/- 1 cm for mattress height. Actual material colours may differ from those shown in the photos, with no effect on their properties.
