FLOW 90x170 — a medium-firm spring mattress with latex that adapts to your shape
Want a mattress that's springy and gently moulds to your body, while still giving you a stable base? Meet FLOW. It's a medium-firm spring mattress, 13 cm high, in which a Bonnell spring core is combined with a layer of latex foam. The latex adapts to the shape of your body and immediately returns to form, while the springs underneath provide even support. The greater the load, the more resistance the spring offers — which is why the FLOW mattress works well for a younger child as well as a teenager or an adult. The maximum load is 70 kg per person. The result? Comfortable sleep on a surface that hugs your shape without creating dips.
What's inside — latex, springs and felt on both sides of the core
Compared with other models, FLOW stands out for its thoughtful construction, in which the latex layer plays the leading role. The FLOW spring mattress with latex features:
- 3 cm latex foam – the comfort layer you sleep on. It behaves differently from ordinary polyurethane foam: under pressure it gives only where your body lies, and once the load is removed it instantly returns to shape. Thanks to its porous structure, it lets air through freely.
- Two layers of felt – they separate the latex from the springs and protect the core from below. The felt prevents the wire from poking through and stiffens the whole construction.
- 8 cm Bonnell springs – made of 2.2 mm wire, they distribute body weight evenly across the whole surface.
- T23 polyurethane foam, 1 cm – the bottom layer that completes the construction.
Torn between latex and coconut? FLOW and RUSH share the same spring core but have a different top layer. The latex in FLOW is more flexible and moulds more noticeably to your body, while the coconut mat in RUSH stiffens the mattress and gives firmer support. If you like a mattress that gently adapts to you — choose FLOW.
Easy cleaning — keeping the FLOW mattress fresh with ease
Looking for a breathable mattress that's easy to care for? FLOW ticks those boxes, thanks to a practical cover combined with carefully selected materials:
- Quilted cover with wadding – 180 g/m², in the Caro pattern. Removable, with a zip fastening. Want to freshen it up? Just machine-wash it at 40°C.
- Free airflow – the porous structure of the latex and the open Bonnell spring core keep the FLOW mattress well ventilated.
- Tested materials – the materials used to make the FLOW mattress are OEKO-TEX certified.
Wondering which mattress size to choose? FLOW is available in 18 sizes — from 70x160 to 140x200 cm. Widths of 70, 80 and 90 cm fit standard children's and youth beds, while the 120x200 and 140x200 sizes are designed for Montessori beds and the King youth bed — two people can sleep on them, up to 70 kg each. A height of 13 cm suits most children's beds, including bunk beds (though it's worth checking the safety rail height on your specific model). To help the FLOW mattress wear evenly, rotate it every 2–3 months and air it regularly.

The materials used to make our mattresses, such as polyurethane foams, latex and visco, are highly compressible and elastic, so we reserve the right to dimensional tolerances of +/- 2% for width and length and +/- 1 cm for mattress height. Actual material colours may differ from those shown in the photos, with no effect on their properties.
